**Why Your Role Matters**:
Based in the Nucleus Student Hub, the Student Services Advisor role focuses on the delivery of high-quality enquiry assistance to our students, resolving queries face-to-face, online or over the phone.

You will build your knowledge of UNSW’s student policies and processes to provide expert advice as well as assist in the operation of general services provided for students including enrolment, registration, and activity coordination to support the UNSW student experience.

**Who You Are**:
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent and experience within student services alongside:

- A commitment to excellent customer service and a flexible approach in a quick-paced working environment.
- A personable demeanour as well as the ability to use sound judgement and negotiation skills to resolve sometimes complex and sensitive issues as needed.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and respond to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to contribute to a positive team culture and develop and foster networks with staff across the University.
