Our client is a leading private college in the Creative Industry with campuses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offering Diplomas and Bachelor Degrees in a range of creative courses.

This is an inbound sales role with warm leads provided.

 

The Role: Student Enrolment Advisor (Two Opportunities Available)

 

  • Be the first point of contact for students eager to continue their educational journey
  • Guide students through lead-based inquiries via phone calls, email, and web chat.
  • Leverage your consultative sales skills to create a personalized sales journey for students.
  • Coordinating the Domestic student enrolment process
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Working with student data CRM systems
  • Ensuring student satisfaction and retention
  • Attending external expos and career fairs to build brand awareness (when needed)
  • Working as a part of a collaborative and supportive campus team on projects and.
  • Have a Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
