Based in Terrey Hills on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, our client has over 30 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing playgrounds and sports areas that actively contribute towards children’s physical development and community well-being.

Due to an internal promotion, our client has an opening for a new full time Sales & Accounts Administrator to join their team. Whilst you will be the first point of contact of all incoming enquiries to the business, you will also look after order processing, inventory co-ordination, some accounts and a wide range of other administration duties.
This is a central communications role where you will be liaising with project consultants, the sales team, designers and clients based throughout Australia including internal stakeholders and their Head Office in France.
With an extensive range of products, an understanding of stock control/interface with the sales cycle would be an advantage.
This is varied and busy role which requires someone who can multitask, be extremely organised, think on their feet and genuinely enjoys customer service. No day is ever the same.
**Day to day responsibilities include**:
- Coordinating the order cycle and purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers re stock and then communicating with sales team
- Preparing documentation and records management
- Undertaking accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Completing and submitting forms and producing reports
- Organising travel arrangements
- General office duties.
The successful applicant will be well rewarded with a competitive salary plus superannuation as well as being an integral member of our client’s team.
- An intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- An understanding of CRM systems
- A general understanding of accounts.
