Seeking the skills of a Sales Administrator, this is a fast-paced role that supports the sales team and reports to the Sales Director. With ongoing training and development, there are opportunities to grow and develop whilst utilising your strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties
- Processing orders in a timely manner to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Generating and following up on quotes
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure clients orders are correct
- Liaise with customers regarding their orders and ensure they are kept up to date on ETA’s
- Updating data and client information on MYOB EXONET
- Implement initiatives to increase client engagement and repeat business
- Actioning any outcomes from sales meetings
- Continuous improvement of the sales process to enhance the customer experience
- Assist the operations team when staff are on leave
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy customer contact, being the support person to the sales team and building strong relationships. Your strong customer service, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team are essential in this role.
