- Our client is a national company located in a new complex south east of Perth.
- Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for customer service and all administrative assistance and tasks for providing satisfied customer service solutions and sales support.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately process all sales documentation including quotes, sales orders, returns and stock arrival.
- Complete all paperwork and pre-payment follow-ups with customers to ensure timely processing of orders and payments
- Ensure the CRM is maintained and compliant at all times

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Experience working in customer service, administration or a sales environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated high computer literacy: particularly Microsoft Office Suite and experience in Customer Relationship Management or ERP systems desirable
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Sound communication skills - active listening and questioning for clarity and ability to convey relevant information accurately
- Effective time management.
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Team player who also enjoys working independently
