Due to continued growth & exciting new products in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Specification Manager (Sales & Territory Manager) to join our New South Wales team.
The primary focus of the role is to generate new business and manage existing accounts with architects, designers & builders.
We are looking for someone who is engaging, driven and well-presented who is ready to take their next step in a Sales / Territory Management career within the premium architectural and design product space.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:You will concentrate on securing specifications with architects and interior designers, ensuring sales and market share growth. Your efforts will ensure you generate new business while managing existing key accounts with architects, designers & builders.
Work full time in the field with dedicated WFH hours to plan and report on sales activity.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build relationships with an existing portfolio of architects and designers
- Present and provide information on our premium products and service
- Build and manage a pipeline of projects/opportunities and secure product specifications
- Plan and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and events
- Track and manage all client activity and projects in our CRM
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Genuine "people person" with a commitment to providing first-class customer service and developing relationships
- Existing contacts within the A&D Community is highly desired
- High level of resilience with a strong work ethic and high energy levels
- As the face of our brand, you must be well presented and take pride in your personal presentation
- Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to secure specifications in the A & D sector
- Strong understanding of the decorative building products market
**IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL**
- Experience with CRM, Cordell and project management systems
- Background in building materials, interior design or a premium brand environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $89,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
