**The Company**

Since 1989 this company has been successfully servicing the rural retail & horticultural; professional pest control and export markets. Australian owned, they are suppliers and wholesalers of a diverse range of high-quality generic herbicide, insecticide, rodenticide and termiticide control products, typically in smaller pack sizes. Their focus is on the design, manufacture, R&D and distribution of innovative and environmentally responsible control agents (physical, chemical and biological).

Recognized for their agile decision making and flexible responsive service and solutions, they have the knowledge, infrastructure and support networks to provide a focused and quick response to market requirements. They don’t simply selling products, they aim to develop and grow markets through education and targeted product development and marketing initiatives.

**The Role**

Within the rural retail & horticultural division, there is now the requirement for a
**Territory Sales Manager** to join the national team and cover the key NSW markets (up to Coffs Harbour). Reporting to the Company Director you will be primarily responsible for delivering on sales and business development targets.

In addition, you will enjoy:

- Fostering and maintaining professional and long-term business relationships based on trust with customers
- Assisting customers with product trials and technical support

**The Person**

To be successful in this autonomous, largely self-managing role you will have:

- Agricultural / rural industry experience
- Territory sales management experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High level planning, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ideally an understanding of the crop protection/ pest control industries
