**About the Company**:
This is a leading construction company with three branches of operation - engineering, insurance, and commercial construction. With a strong reputation in the industry, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional services to their longstanding clients. They are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Procurement and Quality Assurance Manager.

**About the Role**:
As the Procurement and Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in restructuring the safety team, unifying supplier agreements, and ensuring consistent payment levels across all three branches. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Trade Negotiations and Purchasing**: Utilize your buying power and negotiation skills to secure favorable framework agreements with suppliers. Work closely with suppliers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and drive cost-effective solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across all branches. Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Continuously identify opportunities to improve quality processes.
- **Safety Team Restructuring**: Streamline the safety team's operations by centralizing supplier agreements and payment levels. Remove the burden of managing trades from supervisors, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.

**About You**:

- Proven local industry experience in trade negotiations and procurement with a track record of successful framework agreements.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in the engineering, insurance, or commercial construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
