The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the implementation of significant changes across the supply chain and to provide timely analytical and support to the relevant Procurement Category Manager and other key Stakeholders such as Estimators. Based in our Mount Waverley Head Office, you will assist in procurement market approaches or negotiations as and where required in consultation with the Procurement Manager, including the implementation of Supplier Agreements that support the business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include: Development and Maintenance of Price File and Master Item Database/Quality ControlAssist in the sourcing of new suppliers, including review of trail periodsAdminister all supplier allocations as approved by Category ManagerComplete category specific analysis reports comparing all required elements under direction of Category ManagerComplete monthly performance reports benched against KPI targetsAssist the Contracts Administration Manager with the generation and maintenance of the supplier agreements; andOther projects as nominated to be completed in full, on time, as agreed with Procurement & Supply Chain Manager.

The successful candidate will have: Qualified in a business or related discipline with 2 years experience in a relevant organisation role or minimum 2 years experience in a Estimating, Site Management or related roleAdvanced computer literacy skills - MS Office/Windows environment particularly ExcelKnowledge and experience with distribution, logistics and forecasting systemsKnowledge and experience using various systems and project methodologiesWell-developed analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to prioritise and coordinate available time and resources for maximum effectivenessGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of the teamStrong Procurement process understanding; andExcellent Communication & Presentation skills.
