Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and ensure effective communication of quality policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business Administration). Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, API Q1).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Assurance, Engineering, Business Administration). Certification in a related field (e.g. CQA, CQE, Six Sigma). Experience working in the oil and gas industry. Familiarity with quality management software (e.g. QMS, CMMS).
