Account Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies.
- **Reconciliations**:
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliation.
- **Financial Record Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- **Assistance with Financial Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide support during audits by gathering relevant financial data and documentation.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and regulations affecting the industry.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and procurement, to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding financial matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting or financial administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
