- Based in Capalaba
- Standalone HR/Administration Manager role

This is a standalone HR/Administration Manager role reporting to the owners, you will be responsible for implementing strategies for HR and workplace health and safety to create a workplace culture and environment that encourages proactivity, positivity and high performance.

In this role you operate across the full gambit of HR, providing operational HR support/advice to the business, manage WH&S, assist with accounting duties and also administration.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Providing direction and support to team in regard to all HR issues including employee grievance issues, performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Manage OH&S issues and WorkCover claims.
- Advising Management with regards to employee relations and company policies
- Update structure charts and position descriptions
- Assisting with recruitment process, employment contracts, annual leave, and exit interviews.
- Training programs including on-board inductions.
- Assist with Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee files
- Ensure administration roles are covered for annual leave etc

Key to your success with be your ability to build strong relationships,

influence and negotiate and juggle multiple tasks You will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

About You:

- Previous experience in Human Resources Management role
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or an associated field will be highly regarded.
- Prior accounts/payroll experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

You are driven, engaging, approachable, unflappable, and are self-assured in your HR practice You will have the ability to make decisions and work on your own initiative.
