As a professional and seasoned Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our sales team, providing functional and technical expertise and solutions advice to prospective clients.

**You will get to**:

- Conduct tailored demonstrations of our software to prospective and existing clients, effectively communicating its features, benefits, and value adds.
- Work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand and where appropriate, document their contract management and procurement needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop customized solution proposals that align with the client's requirements and demonstrate the value proposition of our software.
- Provide functional & technical expertise during the sales process, answering queries and overcoming objections with clear, compelling information.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for account acquisition and growth. Provide support in RFP responses, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Gather feedback from the field to inform product development teams about market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product features, capabilities, and benefits.

- You have a strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to develop solution strategies and influence customer decision-making.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Natural ability to connect with people and develop trusted relationships, e.g. a personal and genuine style that helps people to feel at ease, be able to connect with people, be empathetic, and be reliable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
