Administration and Consultant Assistant

**Company Description**
Reporting to the National Account and Marketing Manager, you will be primarily focused on supporting quality report production, providing executive assistance to a key consultant, liaising with clients professionally, and completing administrative duties as directed.
To coordinate and deliver a range of high quality, client focused business processes and services for the provision of independent medical assessment and reports to Assess Medical Group’s clients.
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to a key consultant to support the effective delivery of their medico legal services.
- Backfill reports with consultant approved data, tables, calculations, and measurements.
- Conduct research on suitable care & treatment providers, aids & equipment suppliers, career pathways and income earning opportunities.
- Summarize existing medical reports for the consultant to review and implement as part of their final assessment and report.
- Follow up and liaise with key external stakeholders to obtain required information for client reports and assessments.
- Assist the consultant practitioner in the preparation of equipment for medical assessments in rooms and for travel.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of the consultant’s availability and national travel needs.
- Ensure reports are generated, information managed and stored in accordance with internal processes.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by manager, including reception duties, filling, dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.
- Ensure MedHealth work health and safety practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to and maintain an active knowledge of work health and safety practices.
- Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe and accessible.
**Qualifications** Qualifications and Experience Specific Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience in allied health, legal or insurance industries - highly regarded.
- Highly developed research skills.
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) a must.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
