Health Care Systems Coordinator

Bene Aged Care provides quality residential and community home care to over 2,500 older people throughout South Australia. We have a workforce of approximately 700 employees across 6 sites and in the community, we are recognized for our exceptional person-centered care._
**About the Role**:
Join our team as a Health Care Systems Coordinator (HCSC) at Bene Aged Care. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in projects relating to optimizing and digitally transforming software platforms and other administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Leveraging proven data analytics skills, you will oversee the development and implementation of software processes, delivering projects and support across varying disciplines and to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project management to research, implement and evaluate new or variations to software documentation platforms.
- Liaise with all relevant departments to identify process gaps and recommend digital transformation solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive instructional guides and deliver training to both new hires and existing employees.
- Use digital transformation skills to optimize the day-to-day operations of the clinical and care teams.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse (RN), Physiotherapist (PT), or hold and maintain current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum five years’ demonstrated experience in aged care settings and/or to aged persons including people living with dementia.
- Proficiency with software program management (Ideagen/ CompliSpace, Manad, LeeCare, Alyacare, MediMap, CIM, CarePage, and others as required)
- National Police Check, VEVO right to work, Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Influenza vaccination for the current flu season, Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
