Senior Nurse Manager

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day management of the Recovery Unit. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care while coordinating the unit's operations and working closely with staff to maintain clinical excellence.
About the Role:- You will play a key role in supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in planning and evaluating care provision, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the unit.

- To thrive in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising nursing staff and fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment are essential.
- A strong communicator with problem-solving skills, able to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards, legislative responsibilities, and quality improvement systems in the nursing context.
