**About the Role**

**RN-1** As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will provide high-quality nursing services across various health service settings, working with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate care to patients. This role offers a unique opportunity for nurses to transition from novice to proficient practitioners, allowing you to consolidate your clinical knowledge and enhance your skills in a supportive environment. Through continuous professional development and hands-on experience, you will build the expertise needed to provide exceptional care while ensuring your practice meets the highest standards.

At this level, you will take full accountability for your own nursing care, demonstrating leadership and responsibility in all aspects of your role. While the CN role is primarily clinical, you may also be involved in a variety of portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development and MHCP priorities.
