**Field Sales Manager**

An opportunity currently exists for an experienced and passionate Field Sales Manager to take on a leadership role within our Concrete Fixed Plant division located at Wacol.

As one of the key leaders in Concrete reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to build staff and client relationships through exceptional team leadership, drive accountability with a focus on business development and participate in professional industry and government networks to expand the business even further.

**Key duties of this role**:

- Manage and motivate a small team of experienced account managers ensuring appropriate support, guidance, and training.
- Meet individual and team KPI’s
- Manage your own small portfolio of select internal and external clients
- Stay well-informed of industry initiatives and market intelligence
- Work with key staff on budget preparation, reporting and sales forecasting
- Oversee the CRM System
- Maintain close working relationships within Concrete and the wider Wagner Operations

To be successful in this role you will possess strong sales skills coupled with qualifications in Management or a lengthy tenure (>5 years) ideally within the concrete and/or cement industries. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be results focused and work well under pressure.
