Our client is an ASX100 Icon and market leader in the field of Waste and Resource Recovery, and today they are seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented Field Sales Manager to lead, manage and coach their Field Sales Teams (fte 9) to achieve agreed Sales Budgets, Targets & KPI's in line with relevant Plans & P&L's.

This role has full accountability for your teams operational performance, customer experience & staff engagement, retention and development.

Your key responsibilities will include
- leading the execution of sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth through price and volume.
- You will be ultimately accountable for delivering top line revenue growth through the hands on leadership of your team, their account management planning and execution, re current customer growth and new customer acquisition activities
- Leading, coaching and mentoring your Sales and Account Management team to achieve agreed Sales Budgets, Targets & KPI's in line with business unit Plans & P&L's.
- You will spend 30% of your time customer facing and 70% of your time coaching
- Oversee/manage your team's opportunity Pipeline, representing the entire organisations suite of services, as per the personal objectives set / regional Sales Plans / growth targets
- Develop and execute an actionable Sales Strategy and plan through key sales initiatives, programs, campaigns and techniques to support the organisations overall sales and marketing objectives
- Oversee quotes/tenders to ensure when they are submitted to customers, they are timely, accurate and professional
- Lead the team from the front, conducting strategic sales presentations

**What you will bring to the role**
- Min 5 years exp in a strategic and tactical sales leadership role
- Demonstrated revenue delivery management skills
- Proven commercial / industry business to business sales experience; strong sales, account management and business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies
- Demonstrable sales leadership skills & experience delivering consistent performance outcomes
- Exposure to commercial transactions and principles understanding volume and pricing levers
- Strong presentation and proposal/tender development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, conflict management and relationship building skills Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ideally you will have a tertiary education, preferably in sales and marketing or business administration & current Australian driver's license
