**About The Role**
12 month fixed term opportunity for a Finance Administration Officer to work within our Billing and Collection Team.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of customer service agreements ensuring services provided are accurately billed
- Ensuring regular quality compliance checks are undertaken and making adjustments as required.
- Verifying weekly billing reports ensuring they are ready for signoff and invoice production
- Liaising with operational staff if required to implement billing and collection practices
- Preparing credit notes for sign off in accordance with
**About You**
The successful applicant will have exceptional administrative skills as well as the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a finance based role
- Billing and financial management processes experience
- Administrative experience with client records, service requests and administrative tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems
- NDIA knowledge or other government funding understanding highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others within a busy environment
