Office Administrator Trainee

Our client is a Mortgage Broker based in Hawthorn, and has a proven track record helping with Investment Properties, Bridging Loans, First Home Buyers and Owner Occupied Loans.

As part of their friendly office team, you will be actively involved in the business and able to make a positive and valued contribution. With continuous support and mentorship; you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and aspire to a long term career.

**Duties will include**:

- Reception duties
- Answering phones and customer service
- Photocopying, filing, scanning
- Ordering valuations
- Updating list and records
- All administration support duties

**Skills required**:

- Customer service experience
- A genuine interest in learning about Administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator - verbal and written
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
