Office Administrator/receptionist

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective/clear communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Ordering/tracking of new jobs
- Organize the sending/invoicing of completed jobs
- a willingness to expand your skills into AutoCAD-LT drawing
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- AutoCAD skills are an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
