**About The Role**
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Finance Administration Officer to work within our Community Participation Billing and Collection Team.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer service agreements ensuring services provided are accurately billed, ensure compliance against funding requirements, data entry of services provided against the contracts in the billing system, distribution of invoices, follow up non payment and working through disputes with customers and operational staff. Training and coaching will possibly be required to support front line staff ensuring accurate recording of services provided.
This is a full time, fixed term role with an end date of 30 June 2024.
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will ideally have min 2 years experience in a similar role and appropriate professional qualification. Ability to work with large CRM and Financial Management systems, high degree of computer literacy, experience in management of customer records and collection of outstanding fees.
In addition you are resilient, have awesome communication skills, happy to work independently and collaboratively, you love problem solving, are highly adaptable.
NDIS knowledge or other government funding understanding highly desirable.
