**_Our client is a government entity and focuses on providing community health services. They are looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Administrator to assist in scheduling and planning Planned and Preventative maintenance, coordinating, and managing work orders for a critical government site based in the Inner East and some smaller commercial office spaces. _**

This role is created due to internal promotions and growth within the organisation Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the organisation is revitalising its facilities maintenance approach, and you will be a pivotal member to assist with managing work orders, contractor and vendor management, scheduling, invoicing, and compliance.
- Arranging, procuring, and managing vendors or subcontractors to complete preventative or reactive maintenance works.
- Scheduling and contacting appropriate trades or liaising with the internal maintenance team for completion of PPM or Reactive maintenance.
- Induction of contractors to ensure incoming contractor compliance, certification, licensing, and background checks.
- Invoicing contractors and managing, updating, and closing off work orders on the CMMS system
- Be responsible for record keeping of asset management files, including plans, warranties, manuals, and other key documents.
- Raise & receipt against purchase orders for facilities/maintenance and capital works activities.

As an experienced Facilities Administrator, you will demonstrate the following:

- A solid administrative background and experience with managing a large number of work orders.
- A good knowledge of managing, sourcing, invoicing, and contractor management.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of contractor induction and compliance and work order management systems
- Experience with CMMS systems and Compliance Management systems such as MEX or Linksafe, preferrable
- Strong time management and organisational skills and good communication and management skills
