**Our client is a rapidly growing Facilities Management Service Provider that services various sectors, including commercial and retail, education and healthcare. They are innovative and dedicated to providing their clients with exceptional customer service and solutions. **Your Opportunity**

Join and assist the contracts and facilities team with support for high-level administration and secretarial services. Work closely with vendors to ensure that services and requests are provided at a high level and followed up on.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
The Facilities administrator will be responsible for providing strong administrative support dedicated to a single account. This will include:

- Induct and oversee all compliance and state and local regulations, including contractor induction and annual compliance reviews
- Review and approve vendor claims, oversee the claims process and ensure opened work orders are followed up.
- Conduct regular audits of the current systems, procedures and sites to ensure reduced risk to health and safety policies are in place.
- Secretarial and administrative support is consistently provided to the required standards and delivered promptly.
- Ensuring client data in the computer systems are accurate and up to date and performing any data maintenance as required.

**Your Skillsets and Attributes**:

- Strong administrative and IT skills and existing experience with CMMS systems are preferable
- Prior experience working in a similar role or the Facilities Management sector advantageous
- A self-starting attitude and confident personality who can ask questions when required
- Fantastic communication, organisational and teamwork skills who is willing to be proactive
- Someone with the drive to learn and be mentored and a passion for Facilities Management
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
