**Your Opportunity**

You will act as an integral member of the existing Facilities Management team. It is an exciting role with a blend of customer service, administration, and facilities coordination. The position is a multi-purpose role which encompasses a wide range of duties with a focus on exceptional customer service to the campus community. Working alongside a young, passionate and enthusiastic team, be responsible for the day to day management and organisation of contractors and corrective works. The role is a fixed term 3-month contract, with the opportunity to be extended.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Follow up and manage ongoing work orders and purchase orders to support the Facilities team in maintaining service standards and closing off orders
- Manage all work order status and follow ups on the CMMS system
- Communicating with a diverse range of people, including co-ordinating incoming and onsite contractors, maintaining ongoing communication and updates with the Facilities Management team
- Day-to-day administration tasks to aid the Facilities team, including maintaining, managing, and developing multiple technical databases, preparation of financial and operational reports.
- Ensure that all educational and Government policies and procedures and implemented and adhered to
- Co-ordinate and build relationships with staff across the organisation, reporting to a Facilities Manager

**Your Skillsets and Attributes**:

- Have a general knowledge or background in facilities management, or a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, customer service, organisational and time management skills
- Professionalism and a dedication to hard work and high attention to detail
- Strong skills with Facilities CMMS Systems such as Maximo, Servicenow, SAP etc.
- Strong team player who can work collaboratively and harmoniously in a diverse team
- Practical experience working in a highly customer service-oriented workplace highly desirable
