**The Opportunity**

As a Administration Officer - Waste and Cleaning in the City of Perth, you will provide project, financial management and administrative support to the Waste and Cleaning team and ensures the provision of high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

Reporting to the Waste and Cleaning Manager within our Operations team, your responsibilities would primarily include:

- Respond to correspondence received via shared inboxes and manage the correspondence registers for the team;
- Schedule meetings and toolbox meetings, coordinate agenda and take minutes;
- Maintain nominated operating budgets related to waste and;
- Through the delivery of outstanding service, establish a reputation of customer service excellence throughout the organisation.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

- Sound verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to produce correspondence, reports, and publications;
- Proficiency in general office procedures and experience using a range of software;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a capability to resolve conflicts and deal with difficult customers and;
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyse, summarise, and report on matters of a medium-level.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible to work for us, you will need to demonstrate:

- A current ‘C’ class Australian drivers licence; and
