About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our program based at the Osborne Naval Shipyard, reporting to the Production Engineering Support - Manager
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
This role includes planning and undertaking administration, and metric reporting for the Production Engineering Support team and their services to the wider business.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Generating and assigning problem issue reports to engineers through relevant systems and software
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes
- Assisting project managers with regular reporting
- Ensure that documentation related to issue resolution is captured in the configuration management system

About YOU
- You are a methodical person with the ability to organise and coordinate the intricacies of data management confidently
- Highly organised collaborative team player
- Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management (or similar)
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- Desirable working knowledge of JIRA, Windchill PLM, Cognos, Tableu
- Demonstrated industry experience and acumen appropriate to the role
