AV is seeking an experienced administrator to provide assistance to our Corporate Services Department. This is a full time, permanent position currently based in Doncaster with hybrid arrangements available.
About the role
Working in the Executive Director Corporate Services Office, in a fast past environment, this role will reports to the Business Support Officer, Corporate Services. The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high level administrative support to the Corporate Services Directorate and Division including, diary Management, records management, and coordination of various documents and correspondence, including reports, briefing notes, and business cases
- Provide support with divisional procurement, invoices, expense claims, purchase orders, ensuring purchases are made within AV procurement guidelines
- Provide administrative support at meetings, including preparation of agenda items and supporting documentation, and recording, preparing, and distributing minutes as required
- Maintain an ethos of excellent customer service, monitoring the needs of stakeholder and supporting activities and communication in a timely manner
About you
**To be considered for this position you will possess**:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing administrative support within a large or complex organisation or department, ideally in a public sector environment
- High attention to detail using sound checking/validation processes to ensure reliable and accurate information
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Current Victorian Drivers licence

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including references, misconduct, and Police Checks.
This position is graded at AV2 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021. Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Doncaster headquarters.
