Office Administrator/bookkeeper

Our company is searching for an office administrator and bookkeeper working Full time. We are looking for individuals who have previous experience working as an office administrator. Our expectation is that the applicant is comfortable with using the Xero software and has satisfactory computer literacy.
As an Admin and Accounts officer at B&H Global Foods, you will be crucial in managing the procurement process, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring the smooth flow of products to our international customers. Your responsibilities will include:
2. Undertake data entry and ensure relevant systems and records are updated.
3. Undertake accounts payable & receivable duties, prepare and process purchase orders and invoices, maintain records and undertake associated administrative activities.
4. Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, transport companies and other third parties to arrange the movement and tracking of products worldwide.
Essential Criteria:
- Have experience with XERO software
- Experience working in an Accounts Officer/ Administrator position in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiar with Xero would be advantageous.
