**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists to provide support to the Rates & Valuation team, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to achieve Council’s objectives.** **You will be a self-motivated person with highly developed time management skills and demonstrated analytical skills. Ideally you will also have experience in an Administration/Customer Service environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential.
You will play an essential role within the team with your high level of attention to detail and effective communication contributing to our success.
**Skills and Experience**
- High level data entry skills to ensure accuracy and speed of processing
- Personal organisational skills to prioritise tasks and duties to meet deadlines
- Able to adapt to and work with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
- Customer service experience dealing with enquiries via different methods of communication, with a high level of commitment to customer service
- Have a willingness to identify and work towards continuous improvement
- Able to positively contribute to a team and willingness to be collaborative.
- Experience in an administration/customer service environment highly regarded
