A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Fyshwick Office as a Contact Centre Operator (Scheduler).

**The Role**

Scheduling Officer duties include but not limited to:

- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide information and advice on appointments
- Contact clients to schedule appointments
- Provide feedback about customer experiences to managers.
- Administrative duties as required

**Skills and experience**

An ideal Scheduling Officer will require:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on their own and part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competent computer and data-entry skills
