Our
** Government Client** is seeking an
**AO3 Contact Centre Operator **to join their team, focusing on complaint handling, quality assurance and review functions.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:
As the Call taker you will staff and maintain the call centre service during normal business hours and provide a key role to support the wider team to deliver its objectives and work collaboratively and under guidance.
- Resolve escalated first level complaints, concerns from the general public
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, to gather evidence and information necessary for decision-making to finalise the complaint
- Assess and prioritise all complaints in accordance with the urgency and/or seriousness of the issues raised.

**THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
**Skills**
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with small and large groups.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Work as part of a team, solve problems and work under direction.

**Knowledge**
- Understanding of, and experience with, business-critical systems.
- Ability to problem-solve, with the ability, under guidance, to make sound judgements on sensitive, complex and competing issues.

**Behaviours**
- Willingness to work within a culture of continuous improvement and think broadly to help develop solutions to complex problems.
