**The Company**

Adage Furniture is a market leader exclusively specialising in hospitality furniture who strive to transform empty spaces into vibrant places where people love to spend time. They have three sites across Australia in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, and have extensive experience fitting out many of the top restaurants, pubs, cafés and hotels across these locations.

**The Role**

This is a newly created Sales and Design Consultant position based in the Welshpool branch of WA. You will enjoy working within the dynamic high-performing, close-knit team, who have a strong line of business relationships built on trust & high quality.

You will provide exceptional customer service and experience to our clients whilst assisting them with their exciting new venue refurbishments. You will provide clients with an insight across the extensive product line, assist with product suggestions, provide colour information and create 2D and 3D layouts for the clients to bring their stylish exciting new vision to life

**The role includes the following responsibilities**:

- Conducting face to face visits with clients to show product samples and measure up venues.
- Follow up calls to existing clients.
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and back orders in a timely manner.
- Creating 2D Layouts & 3D Renders of customers venue vision.
- Presenting Proposals via Video, Phone & In-Person.

**What we are looking for**:

- A passionate and motivated Sales Consultant, with proven experience within the Interior Design industry.
- Results driven with a proactive mindset and commercial acumen.
- Proficient MS Office capability with experience across CRM platforms and AutoCAD or Sketchup is favourable.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ultimate customer experience.
