THE ROLE.
CSR have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a highly motivated sales team servicing the Perth and Regional areas in Western Australia. The position will be based in Welshpool and some travel required.
The main purpose of this role is to continue our focus on growing Interior Systems (IS) and cross selling into Construction Systems (CS) in the WA market across all segments, while identifying and facilitating business growth opportunities with key Customers, both existing and new.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Achieve the commercial sales strategy and goals.
- Strengthen builder/ contractor relationships to deliver repeat business and grow sales.
- Management of pricing processes (approvals and credit sign off).
- Maintain call cycle frequency and customer engagement strategies to add value.
- Embrace and manage Dynamics 365 CRM sales tool and project tracking pipeline.
- Manage customer contracts (performance, project pricing expiry and/ or rebate commitments).
- Manage customer project requirements (forecasting data, order management, special stock buy-in process) to deliver/ oversee positive customer experience.
- Support and maintain credit terms in consultation with credit team.

THE PERSON

You will either need to be currently working in a Sales role within the building industry or worked in a similar position. Above all else, we are looking for a passionate team member who loves working within a dynamic team with a great culture, ideally with an in depth understanding of how to create an excellent customer experience.
