As a Service Centre Operations Manager, you will pro-actively lead the development & growth of the Service Centre Services business throughout Australia & New Zealand focused on the NRC, QSR and Flow Calibration Center by delivering Service operational excellence & renewing and expanding existing Services agreements.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be**:

- Manage the Service center operations for Australia and New Zealand including:

- Ethical business conduct
- Quality of service delivery
- Service Centre business profitability
- Resource planning
- Staff development
- Customer satisfaction
- Negotiate, renew and expand existing Service Centre contracts.
- Develop new Service Centre products and capabilities to address customer demand (in conjunction with Services Business Development Manager (BDM)).
- Liaise closely with sales or BDMs and others (e.g. Key Account Managers) on future developments and roadmaps that affect installed base.
- Ensure and develop Service Centre processes, quality & documentation.
- Provide instrument service technical expertise for Service Centre employees, Sales Engineers, Regional Managers and other staff.
- Provide information and discuss effective strategies for Service center business.
- Establish best practices for the Service center Operations team and implement standards and procedures across ANZ to ensure consistency and optimisation.
- Manage the Service center Technicians certification and training. Ensure that the training delivery plan is executed and met.
- Provide leadership in HSE standards and performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Degree in an Engineering or Science related field.
- Project Execution, product and technical experience or relative trade experience.
- Commercial/Terms experience with strong discernment.
