Built upon a foundation of expertise, innovation, and excellent customer service, our client powers some of the largest financial and healthcare firms in the world.

They are on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator who will be responsible for and full ownership of the end-to-end AP function, as well as ownership of Debtor receipt and reporting function.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Payable (end-to-end function and full ownership)
- Setting up of suppliers in Workday
- Assist in setting up of purchase requisitions in Workday
- Expense reimbursements
- Debtor receipt and reporting - weekly aged debtor commentary and reporting.
- Month end close - accrual, credit card, and Accounts Payable related journal entries
- Management of Prepayments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Intercompany Reporting and Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required to support the team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Good work ethic and capable multi-tasker
- Strong attention to detail
