**Your New Job**:

- Reporting to Head of Finance - Enjoy working with a close-knit team that genuinely believes in helping each other to get the job done
- Interesting role that consists mainly of **Accounts Payable duties**, as well as general account administration duties
- **Accounts Payable responsibilities include**: Managing payables inbox; assisting with invoice approval process; reconciliation of monthly supplier statements; price checking invoices;
- Other adhoc administration duties as required; entering invoice data into specific managed spreadsheets; assisting with queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- **75% WFH arrangement after initial 1-month onboarding period in the office**:

- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role a must
- Strong Microsoft office skills - **Excel**:

- Prior experience using accounting software programs
- A positive, proactive attitude & willing to contribute to an already established **great workplace culture**:

- High organisation skills a must - can be confident when liaising with suppliers, customer & team members
