The Customer Communications Solutions team (CCS) sits within the Digital & Data function. The CCS team is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns to existing Bankwest customers that are aligned to our segments.
The CCS team drives existing customer value within segments via relevant, targeted and personalised communications. Key to reaching this vision is to create a multi-channel, automated, relevant and personalised approach to communications and leverage advanced analytics to provide truly targeted and amazing experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
The Customer Communications Manager is responsible for implementing this personalised multi-channel communications strategy. The role initiates, scopes, co-ordinates and launches campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the business including squads and tribes, product teams, marketing channel specialists and frontline teams.
Campaign Manager responsibilities include:
Campaign Planning, Development and Management- Communications strategy is developed and aligned to customer needs and designed to achieve agreed KPI's and targets.- Manage campaign delivery in conjunction with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.- Understand and be able to set up robust test and learn frameworks.
Campaign Optimisation- Leverage a deep understanding of campaign performance methodology, campaign reporting and analytics to optimise campaign performance for new and existing campaigns.- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance based on the provided suite of campaign reports.- Work with campaign stakeholders to leverage past learnings in new campaign development.
Continuous Improvement- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across both operational and performance aspects of campaign process.
Your Experience, Skills and Attributes:
- 4+ years experience managing lifecycle marketing communication campaigns across multiple channels.- Excellent stakeholder, planning & time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.- Experience developing and editing copy, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.- Ability to analyse campaign data, present findings and collaborate with stakeholders to improve results.- Results oriented, focused on continuous improvement with ability to communicate effectively in writing, visually and verbally.- Risk aware, with the ability to proactively identify, openly discuss and make decisions with an awareness of mitigating current and future risk.
