Customer Service is the face of the corporation, dealing with account enquiries through to complex water and wastewater faults. Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.

**What the role will involve**:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will lead the Customer Delivery business unit. You will thrive on best-in-class customer experience being delivered when things don’t go as planned in the field

Leading the Customer Delivery teams you will be a key member of both the Customer Service and Perth Region Field Services Lead team, playing an integral role in being the customer voice in field operations. Using you influencing skills you will help shape asset and operational decisions for the better of our communities.

You will provide insight and set direction for the team, ensuring a seamless customer experience across, including complaints, improving customer satisfaction and driving efficiency.

You have a complete view of what’s happening across field operations allowing you to create and maintain a climate of openness and trust where your empowered teams feel valued, included, and connected to our customers and the Water Corporation.

**Key skills and experience**:
You have our customers at heart and your background in customer service or field operations gives you the insights to continually improve ways of working and find better outcomes to allow our people, communities, and state to thrive

You will have proven experience in leading a business unit or substantial experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies, policies, and process improvement. You will have a whole of organisation mindset and approach.

You’re a clear communicator at heart. Because you know how to connect with people, you know how to prioritise work that aligns with a company’s overall strategy. Sometimes, there’ll be changes and it’ll be your consultative and transparent approach that gives people absolute clarity about where their work sits within the bigger picture.
