My client is a local WA business who is highly reputable in their industry. They are looking for a driven, confident and dynamic Customer Experience Manager to join their team at their well-established Bridal boutique in Leederville. They strive for excellence with their customers and focus on creating an enjoyable experience for people who are planning one of their most special days.

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will have a strong passion for driving sales and will be able to develop your teams skills by leading from the front. Ideally, you will have knowledge in fashion styling and have experience in consultative sales. You will utilise your immense sales experience to work with your clients in an intimate setting, which means you will be more than just a salesperson and manager, but a trusted advisor and styling expert.

You will be rewarded with an attractive base salary, a dedicated team of 10 to work with and a roster that promotes work/life balance.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Consultative service style, often you are styling for major events
- Fashion industry knowledge
- Be confident in closing sales with customers
- Identify customer needs and lead them towards making decisions
- Confident, warm and well presented - a master of first impressions
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus towards sales
- Great at understanding people and one who excels under pressure
