Administration Officer/receptionist

Welshpool, Australia Crommelin Full time

**Crommelin** is seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrator to be an integral part of our warehouse team. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and delivering top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overflow of customer service calls.
- Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Generate and process invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Assist in booking freight shipments with our carriers to meet delivery deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mind-set, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Familiarity with freight booking and logistics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
