**Administration & Accounts Officer**
We are a wholesale, locally run small business supplying A - Z garden products to local and state wide nurseries and garden centres.
We are a well-established, privately owned company seeking an administration and accounts officer on a part time basis of approximately 30hrs per week across Monday to Friday. Please note there may be scope to increase hours in the future.
**About the position**:
Looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to manage the administration and accounts side of the business. **Duties include**:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing POS transactions for customers
- Basic payroll management using Quickbooks online
- Data entry of customer orders
- Product ordering
- Produce marketing flyers for new products
- Basic cleaning duties
- Other duties as required
**Applicant must have the following skills and experience**:
- 1-2 years administration experience
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office product experience
- Organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
**Applicants holding any or all of the following would be an advantage**:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience using inventory management software (inFlow or others) and Quickbooks online
