This role provides administrative & payroll support for our business.

**About the role**:
Under the guidance and tuition of our payroll manager, this role will be responsible for the following;
- Processing weekly payroll including collating timesheets, checking hours and approvals, data entry on our accounts system and final check offs.
- Assisting with accounts receivable
- Inputting weekly customer invoices
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting in the management of all superannuation
- Working closely with our human resources department in organising new staff contracts.
- Organising new laptops, phones, iPad etc with our IT department
- Creating weekly social media advertisements
- Inputting all bills into our accounts system for payment
- Providing general administrative support to all internal staff.

**Key Skills Required**:

- System software QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Payroll processing experience
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience with Incolink, Workcover and labour hire licensing (Advantageous)

**About you**:
You are an all-round administrator with an eye for detail and a focus on compliance. Naturally, you will have a genuine passion for working with people in a fast-paced environment. You must be fully computer literate and have a great phone manner. Experience working in a busy recruitment business will be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided. You must be available to work full time hours, Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 16.30.
