Qantas is seeking a dynamic and experienced **National Account Manager** to lead the management of key Agency Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Qantas' market share, revenue, and cost of sale targets by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of agency partners. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies across the leisure, corporate, and SME sectors, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring seamless end-to-end account management to meet and exceed business objectives.

**You’ll have**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales/business development role
- Knowledge of Leisure, Corporate, and OTA channel accounts, business models, and competitors.
- Strategic selling, account management, contract negotiation, and business planning in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong commercial orientation with high business acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in negotiation, communication, leadership, and organisational skills at senior levels.
- Experience in strategy development, change leadership, and driving business outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of the airline/travel industry, Qantas products, processes, and pricing strategies.
- High IT literacy with proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and indirect booking channels (including NDC).
