About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the NAM will play a pivotal role in growing engagement and execution in major grocery channel;
Exciting opportunity to leverage a household name brand and exponentially grow the business;
Working cross functionally to drive volume, execute JBPs and land incremental ranging;
Full ownership of P&L, forecasting and promotional planning;
Liaising with internal stakeholders to effectively manage supply and revenue management;
You'll need to be customer obsessed with this role, with strong commercial acumen; and

Experience in delivering solutions within a highly competitive market.

Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in account management, NAE or NAM roles;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting, trusted relationships;
Ability to influence, negotiate and present across all levels including C-suite;
Impeccable customer service; and

Proficient in all MS office.
