Salary

$85,000 - $95,000 per year, plus generous salary packaging options.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Supporter Relations Coordinator to join our dedicated team and provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role will be primarily focussed on providing enthusiastic, high level phone and email support to donors and supporting donation processing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically and promptly responding to queries from our donors and the general public via phone and email, while maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of supporter data in our systems, including data export and import.
  • Processing online, mail and telephone donations, including banking and receipting.
  • Taking responsibility for the regular administrative processes related to programs including direct mail, memorial giving, Jump Rope for Heart and regular giving.
  • Ensuring compliance with policy, procedures and relevant privacy legislation.

Requirements:

  • An exceptional phone manner, with experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service.
  • Interest and experience in data entry and processing, preferably in an environment with a high volume of donations or accounts receivable.
  • The ability to work effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for working within a small, 'supporter-centric' team, but equally the ability to work independently to use initiative and solve problems.
  • Experience in the use of a CRM (Raiser's Edge or similar) and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
