As the Western Australia Territory Manager, you will be responsible for all Acute Care Therapies (ACT) and Surgical Workplaces (SWP) sales, account management, and business development across Western Australia. This includes market and competitive analysis and management of opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle including equipment trials, installation and install base management and follow up.

**Key responsibilities of this role**:

- Identify new market opportunities, drive growth and direct marketing operations
- Directly manage client accounts. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Manage sales process and sales channels by executing go to market plans for new products. Identify, sign-up and close business with key partners and end users.
- Provide clinical case support and in-service education as required to support the product portfolio.
- Identify new high-growth markets for new products, develop strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive sales and/or clinical experience in the areas of Acute Care Therapies
- High level of knowledge in sales related techniques in a hospital setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team orientated environment
- Ability to motivate and influence people - strong impact and presence
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Ability to travel - regionally and interstate
- Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments
