Territory Manager, Acute Care Therapies

As the WA Territory Manager you will be responsible for the direction and management of all Critical Care Capital and associated consumables, Cardiothoracic & Vascular Interventions (CVI) sales and business development within Western Australia Territory.
This includes market and competitive analysis and management of opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle including equipment trials, installation and install base management and follow up.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Identify new market opportunities, drive growth and direct marketing operations
- Directly manage client accounts. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Manage sales process and sales channels by executing go to market plans for new products. Identify, signup and close business with key partners and end users.
- Take direction from the National Sales Manager
- Critical Care and implement pricing policies, strategies and terms and conditions, for highprofile customers and strategic partners.
- Achieve increased sales of Critical Care Capital, CVI products consistent with corporate revenue and profit goals and objectives
- Provide clinical case support and inservice education as required to support the product portfolio.
- Identify new highgrowth markets for new products, develop strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company and promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Execute go to market plans for new products. Identify, signup and close business with key partners and end users.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive sales experience in the areas of critical care, Cardiothoracic, clinical perfusion and vascular/endovascular surgery
- high desirable
- High level of knowledge in sales related techniques in a hospital setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team orientated environment
- Ability to motivate and influence people strong impact and presence
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Ability to travel
- Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments
