We are looking for an experienced IT Product Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Melbourne office.

**Your Role**:
The IT Product Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of product sales to small/mid-market businesses by identifying and winning sales opportunities in both new logos and existing accounts. We require a passionate and accomplished sales person who has experience selling IT hardware, leveraging from their current client base and knowledge of potential customers to target.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate and scope the right product mix.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends, products, and industry developments to effectively communicate our competitive advantages.
- Conduct research on target industries and companies to understand their specific IT needs and challenges.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand your professional network.
- Actively engage with partners/vendors to facilitate deal success.

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- **Minimum 2** years' experience in direct sales of end user computers, devices, peripherals, AV and similar technical products and services.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic deals larger than $100k.
- Excellent written skills with proposal writing experience.
- Skilled in public speaking and delivering engaging presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Previous experience working for an MSP, Telco or similar business is a significant advantage.
- Desirable to have experience selling Microsoft, Dell and HP products.

**You will be Working With**:

- You will work with other members of the Sales Team on joint opportunities. Your focus on product sales is often part of a larger opportunity.
- You will be supported by a quoting team and procurement team.
